      Hi iwanbond,
So before scientists thought the water on mars was acidic – so if we drank it we would not live very long. But literally a couple of days ago, scientist found evidence of drinkable water – well there used to be. (they tested it using analysis on the robot they sent)

So what happened to it all?
The environment on mars has changed over millions of years – it is more unstable than earth because of the distance it is from the sun.

So Mars got colder, which is weird because I always thought it would be hot, because it is red 😛
The colder it got, the water just vaporized or it has become ice under the rocks.
If it is ice under the rocks, it might have life in it!!

this is what scientists are doing now 😀
